Our eleventh album (counting the two live albums and not counting the EPs) is coming out on April 24. It’s called “Fuegos del barrio” and it was produced by our beloved Camilo Lara (Mexican Institute of Sound). We cooked it up together with him at La Casamurada, where we were “living” together for a month (Uma, Antonio Orozco’s dog, was also there). The album has twelve songs, one of them improvised right there in the studio.
The pre-sale of the album is now active, in case you want the signed vinyl to arrive a day or so before everyone else. In addition, it is a collector’s packaging, since Dr. Alderete, who is the author of the illustrations, is a leading figure in Mexico and Argentina for having made very recognizable covers for artists such as Calamaro, for example. You’re going to love it.
We hope you liked “Siempre nos tienes aquí” (You Always Have Us Here) and all the other songs that are coming and that we are going to dance to at the upcoming concerts. Our idea is to go everywhere, so check the schedule, here on our new website, to see where we can meet.
